leadgen.im is a product operated by Designbase, an Isle of Man registered company (Company Number: 136877C).

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man and are designed to be clear and fair to all parties.

1. About Us

leadgen.im is a lead generation service provided by Designbase, offering digital marketing, advertising, and conversion-optimised funnels for Isle of Man businesses on a pay-per-lead basis.

2. Ownership of Assets

2.1 Client-Owned Assets

All creative assets we produce for your business – including logos, branding, written content, images, videos, and social media content – belong fully to you, the client, once delivered.

2.2 Website & Landing Page Ownership

Any landing pages or websites created by leadgen.im remain the property of Designbase until one of the following occurs:

• The client purchases £3,000 worth of leads from leadgen.im, at which point full ownership is transferred automatically.
• The client chooses to purchase the landing page or website before that threshold is met. In this case, the purchase price will be £3,000 minus the value of leads already purchased from leadgen.im.

Example: If you've paid £1,200 in lead costs, the buyout price for your website would be £1,800.

Until ownership is transferred, the landing page or website may not be copied, hosted elsewhere, or repurposed without written consent from Designbase.

3. Leads, Invoicing & Payments

• Leads are delivered via email and/or Google Sheets.
• Clients are invoiced monthly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Invoices are due upon receipt, and payment is required to continue service.
• Pricing per lead is agreed in advance and varies depending on lead type (e.g. cold, warm, qualified).

3.1 Non-Payment

If an invoice is not paid within the agreed terms:

• leadgen.im reserves the right to pause or remove any landing pages, websites, and active advertising campaigns.
• Ongoing access to leads and related services will be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

We want to work fairly and transparently — if you’re having trouble paying on time, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you.

4. No Long-Term Contracts

We operate on a flexible, no-commitment basis. You can cancel your service at any time. You’ll only be charged for leads delivered up until cancellation.

5. Data & Privacy

We follow the Isle of Man Data Protection Act and GDPR rules. Any customer or lead data we collect for you will be handled securely and only used to deliver leads to your business.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to deliver high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee sales or conversions. You are responsible for following up on leads and managing your own customer relationships.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
